All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, after payment confirmation. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Nexuvira LLC is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping is provided at no cost and typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment rather than the date the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions (Domestic Only)

At this time, Nexuvira LLC ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Damage or Loss During Shipping

Nexuvira LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
