Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from nexuvira.com within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, modification, or physical damage after delivery will not be accepted.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified.

  • Items purchased as final sale or during clearance promotions.

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable items.


Return Process

Before returning your item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
Do not ship any item back without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) from Nexuvira.

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll receive step-by-step return shipping instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

When your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a product defect or an incorrect item.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
If you need to exchange your product for the same model, please contact support@nexuvira.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos and a short description of the issue to support@nexuvira.com.

Once verified, Nexuvira will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
