30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was delivered, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Products must remain in new, unused condition and show no signs of wear, damage, or use. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation must be included. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival, and Nexuvira LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, installed, connected to gaming equipment, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. Products that are not returned in their original, resellable condition or are received more than 30 days after delivery are also non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization or without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Nexuvira LLC covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please securely package the item, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier as instructed.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return requirements. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment, including major credit or debit cards, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. For faster resolution, please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item when contacting our support team.
