Nexuvira LLC specializes in the sale of gaming racing wheels and sim racing accessories. We strive to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all product information will be error-free, complete, or current, and your device display may not accurately reflect actual product colors or details. All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales taxes may be added as required by law.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment information is processed securely through authorized payment providers.

6. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Nexuvira LLC ships only within the United States and does not currently offer international shipping.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Nexuvira LLC is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and retain all packaging materials.
7. Return and Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included components.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nexuvira.com or call +305 417 9241. Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
